We amplify the voices of those most impacted and push for policies that restore dignity, strengthen families, and create real pathways to healing, opportunity, and true rehabilitation.

  • ReForm 360 was founded on the belief that justice reform must be addressed as a whole. Shaped by lived experience within the federal system and supported by research and advocacy, our work centers the real human impact of unjust laws.

    The name ReForm 360 reflects a full-circle approach. Sentencing, supervised release, reentry, and retroactivity are not separate issues; they are deeply connected, affecting individuals, families, and communities long after a sentence is imposed.

    Justice cannot be piecemeal. ReForm 360 bridges policy and humanity to push for accountability, awareness, and meaningful second chances.

  • I know this system not only from books and statutes but from personal experience. I’ve stood in courtrooms, sat inside federal walls, and navigated supervised release. I’ve seen my father remain incarcerated for decades under outdated drug laws. And I’ve helped others draft motions and seek relief when no one else would listen.

    But I also know the power of research, data, and policy work. Reform360 exists at the intersection of lived experience and evidence, translating human stories into actionable reform.

    This work is PERSONAL. It is HUMAN. And it MATTERS.

  • Courtney Williams

    FOUNDER & BOARD CHAIR

    Courtney Williams is a relentless advocate for fairness, dignity, and second chances. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a Pre-Law concentration and certification as a Mental Health & Life Coach, Courtney blends advocacy expertise and lived experience to drive change. After navigating the federal system herself and watching her father endure more than three decades of incarceration, she founded ReForm 360 to challenge harmful policies, support impacted families, and push for transformational reform. She is committed to a justice system that values humanity as much as law, ensuring that accountability and compassion can exist side by side.

  • British Martin

    VICE CHAIR

    British Martin is a dedicated mental health therapist and justice reform advocate with a deep understanding of how incarceration affects individuals, families, and communities. In addition to her therapeutic expertise, she conducts research and policy analysis on critical issues such as solitary confinement, the criminalization of disabilities, and the psychological impact of incarceration on families. British brings trauma-informed insight, compassion, and healing-focused leadership to ReForm 360, helping ensure mental health is recognized as an essential component of justice reform.

  • Kennedi Spears

    SECRETARY & TREASURER

    Kennedi has spent the past five years working in the legal field, supporting attorneys and clients through critical justice processes. She currently works alongside attorneys preparing pardon applications, helping individuals navigate complex legal barriers on their path toward restoration. Driven by a deep belief in fairness, dignity, and the right to a second chance, Kennedi is passionate about advancing freedom and meaningful reform within the justice system.
